Gorgeous, substantial c1922 Dutch hallmarked silver (833) purse handle-turned-necklace on faceted nugget smokey quartz. This is one half of 2 created from the sides from the original hinged set.
With stunning, all-over pierced/cut out details such as flowers, swag garlands, lovely rope edging, a central angel or Egyptian Revival face, and acorn snap closure half, it has been inverted to become a one-of-a-kind statement piece. Off-set ring with quartz drop was once the chain holder for this side of the original set.
